UW-Milwaukee Beats DePaul
CHICAGO – DePaul (2-7) fell to UW-Milwaukee (2-7) in three straight games Saturday night in their final match of the Blue Demon Invitational. Their efforts couldn’t subdue the Panthers who tallied 54 kills, nine service aces and 54 digs.
“We got embarrassed by a much better team tonight,” said Coach Dockstader. “We are a much better team than we demonstrated.”
Amie West made the All-Tournament team. West had 378 assists throughout the weekend, adding 20 kills and 59 digs.
“I expect us to redeem ourselves on Tuesday night.”
The Blue Demons take on Northern Illinois this Tuesday at home at 7 p.m.
