UW-Milwaukee Tops Volleyball In Four
CHICAGO - Wisconsin-Milwaukee had five players with double figure kill totals and posted a 3-1 (12-15, 15-13, 15-12, 19-17) win over DePaul on Wednesday at the Athletic Center.
The win moved the Panthers to 14-3 while the Blue Demons fell to 15-7.
DePaul was led by Katie Engel who had 24 kills and 19 digs while Melissa Nordine added 17 kills and 26 digs. Christa Dirr chipped in with 14 kills while Meg Griffin had 11 kils and 13 digs. Kara Jakusz dished out 70 assists.
The Panthers were paced by Laura Dallenbach's 30 kills and 27 digs.
Head coach Dawn Dockstader's squad moves back into Conference USA play on Saturday when it travels to Marquette for a 7:00 p.m. match.
