Hey Blue Demon Fans! October is nearing its end, and I cannot believe it! We are about half way through conference right now. We played Notre Dame at home last Thursday, but we were defeated in a three game sets. Our next conference matches are versus Seton Hall and Villanova this weekend. Blue Madness took place this past Friday, and it was a lot of fun! The men and women basketball teams were presented to DePaul, and there were a shooting contests and dance routines. I think Blue Madness got everyone at DePaul really excited for basketball season! The rest of the weekend was relaxing, and it was nice to have the chance to catch up on some homework. Yesterday it was time to register for winter quarter classes already! Because DePaul is on ten week terms (the quarter system), each quarter goes by really fast. There is also a nice long six week break, however, given between the fall and winter quarters. This week is going to go by fast as well. We play Chicago State tonight at 7 p.m. at Chicago State. Then we leave early Friday morning to travel to Seton Hall. Hopefully we will grab some conference wins this weekend! The match versus Villanova can be watched on game watcher if anyone is interested! Our next home conference matches are on November 1st and 2nd at McGrath Arena. Have a great week! Talk to you soon!
