From the Kennedy Expressway (I-90/94)
Exit at 18th Street. Head east to State Street, turn south onto State Street to Cermak Road
From the Eisenhower Expressway (I-290)
Exiting on Damen or Ashland Avenue. Heading south to Cermak Road, then traveling east on Cermak Road over to the Wintrust Arena.
Dan Ryan Expressway (I-90/94)
Exit at 31st Street. Head east to King Drive. Take King Drive to the McCormick Place Complex. Continue north on King Drive which will turn into Cermak Road leading to the arena.
Stevenson Expressway (I-55),
Exit to southbound Dan Ryan Expressway (I-90/94). Exit at 31st Street. Head east to King Drive. Take King Drive to the McCormick Place Complex. Continue north on King Drive which will turn into Cermak Road leading to the arena.
Parking Lot A (2301 South Prairie Avenue, Chicago, IL 60616)
Parking Lot A (8'height clearance) is a six level garage with 2,100 parking spaces located on Martin Luther King Drive, adjacent to the West Building. Covered walkways from Lot A leading directly into McCormick Place and the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place Hotel also provide added convenience. The parking rate is $23 for up to 16 hours and $36 from 16 to 24 hours.* There are no in-and-out privileges. Overnight parking is available in Lot A only. Lost tickets will pay the $36 (overnight) fee per day. Parking Lot B (3050 South Moe Drive, Chicago, IL 60616)
Parking Lot B (also known as 31st Street Lot) is an outdoor surface parking lot located at 31st Street near Lake Shore Drive South and Moe Drive. It holds over 1,800 vehicles. The parking rate is a flat fee of $15 per day with no in-and-out privileges.* This parking lot is open throughout event hours. Overnight parking is not available. Parking Lot C (Fort Dearborn Drive, Chicago, IL 60616)
Parking Lot C (6'4" height clearance) is an underground garage with 1,900 parking spaces and is located on Ft. Dearborn Drive, adjacent to the Lakeside Center. The parking rate is a flat fee of $23 per day with no in-and-out privileges.* This parking lot is open throughout event hours. Overnight parking is not available.

Bus Parking/Holding Area
Bus parking is located in log B which is located at 3050 South Moe Drive, Chicago, IL 60616.
For the safety of every patron, anyone entering Wintrust Arena is subject to search and must walk through a metal detector or be subjected to an electronic-wanded search.
Purse and Bag Policy
In an effort to enhance public safety and the fan experience, Wintrust Arena will implement the use of metal detectors and follow policy limiting the size and style of bags allowed in the facility. Prohibited bags include, but are not limited to, the following:

Wheelchair accessible seating is available on all levels of the arena (100-Level and 200-Level). Adjacent companion seating and additional seating may be purchased based on availability. Guests needing to purchase accessible seating can contact the DePaul University Ticket Office at 773-325-(SLAM) 7526.
Assisted Listening Devices
Assisted listening devices are available upon request from the Box Office which is located outside of the Arena on the southeast side.
Wintrust Bank ATMs are located on each level of the concourse
Banners and Signs
Fans may bring signs into the arena that are no larger than 2'x3.' Signs with sticks are prohibited in the arena.
Blue Demon Club
The Blue Demon Club Lounge is located on the main 100-Level Concourse at mid-court of Wintrust Arena with an entrance above Sections 107/108. Access to the Blue Demon Club Lounge is reserved for DePaul Season Ticket Holders who have purchased Premium Club Seats for Section 108, Section 109, or Section 110. Upon entrance to the lounge, the Premium Club Season Ticket Holder will need to verify their game ticket and will receive a wristband that entitles the ticket holder to food and soft drink privileges. A cash bar is available for alcoholic beverages. Only Premium Club Seat full season ticket holders will be able to access the Blue Demon Club Lounge. Single game ticket buyers for Club Seats will be able to access their seat locations, but will not have admission to the Blue Demon Club Lounge.
Non-flash, still cameras of any type may be used to take pictures as long as it does not interfere with other guests view. Any camera bags, tripod or other photography equipment may not be used or placed in any area of the building without a media credential. Selfie sticks are not allowed inside the arena.
Weapons of any kinds are not allowed in Wintrust Arena or on the McCormick Place Campus.
Coolers and Containers
Coolers and other containers are not allowed in Wintrust Arena. This includes beverage containers of any kind.
DePaul Athletics has established the Courtside Lounge for men's basketball to recognize those who have been most supportive of Blue Demon Athletics.
The Courtside Lounge will be located off the foyer of Wintrust Arena and will open 90 minutes prior to tip-off of each regular season men's basketball game. Entry in the lounge is in recognition to donors who have made a $10,000 gift to Athletics in the last year or are season ticket holders who have given more than $1,000,000 to DePaul in their lifetime.
Donors will be provided with a credential which will gain them access to the Courtside Lounge. Donors and their guests will receive a wristband for that specific game. Each donor is eligible for up to 4 wristbands per game. Credentials and wristbands are non-transferable.
Complimentary beverages and a light meal will be provided for the Courtside Lounge guests pregame. At halftime, wrist-banded guests can return for dessert items and more beverages. The room will not be open while the game is in play.
The Champion's Club Room
The Champions Club Room is now located on the north concourse of Wintrust Arena adjacent to the concession stands and will open 90 minutes prior to tipoff.
The location will allow members to spend time with their fellow Blue Demon fans, to hear a Chalk Talk from Dave Corzine and to have a chance win the Champions Club raffle prior to tip-off. The new location adjacent to the concession stands will allow members greater flexibility and access to purchase food and beverage from the concession stands nearby. Complimentary popcorn will be available for members & their guests.
All donors making and annual gift of more than $100 cumulatively to any athletic fund are eligible to attend.
Access to the Demon Deck, DePaul's student section, is located in sections 115, 117, 119, 215, 216, 217, 218 and 219. DePaul students can purchase one additional guest ticket on Campus Connect.
There are five elevators located on the southwest side of the Arena which provides access to all three levels of the arena.
Fan Code of Conduct
The BIG EAST Conference and DePaul University encourage and promote good sportsmanship by student-athletes, coaches and spectators. We request your cooperation by supporting the participants and officials in a positive manner. Profanity, racial or ethnic comments, or other intimidating actions directed at officials, student-athletes, coaches, spectators, or team representatives will not be tolerated and are grounds for removal from the site of competition.
The first aid office is located on the 100-level behind section 113 in the northwest corner of the arena. Trained medical personnel are on staff and are available to those needing assistance.
Food and Drink
Outside food and drink are not allowed into Wintrust Arena. Concession stands are located on the 100-level and 200-level concourses.
The Guest Services Office is located near the First Aid office behind section 113 in the northwest corner of the arena. Guest Service attendants and ushers are available at every event to answers questions, assist and resolve service challenges, and provide various specialized services from the moment the doors open until the conclusion of each event.
Lost & Found Items
Lost and found items may be picked up from the Guest Services Office during a game. After leaving the arena, Wintrust has a website set up to see all "lost and found" items as well as a form to complete in order to create a case for a lost item.
Patrons can also call the Wintrust Arena Guest Services line at 312-791-6900 to inquire about a lost item.
The main entrance for Wintrust Arena is located at the corner of Cermak Road and Indiana Avenue.
DePaul merchandise is available for sale on the concourse level of Wintrust Arena. Merchandise can also be purchased from DePaul's website âÂÂ€" DePaulBlueDemons.com
Media will enter Wintrust Arena via the security entrance on the north side of the building.
Other Items prohibited at Wintrust Arena
Other items not permitted in the arena include but are not limited to fireworks, laser pointers, noisemakers (whistles or horns), strollers, tri-pod, video cameras, and weapons of any kind which include pocket knives.
Gameday programs are available each game. Men's programs are $5 each while the women's program is $3.
Restrooms are located throughout the concourse on each level. Baby changing stations are located in the handicap stalls in both the men's and women's restrooms. A family restroom is located on the 100-level concourse on the Southeast side of the arena.
There are 22 total Luxury Suites at Wintrust Arena located on the 200 and 300-level concourses. Access to the Suite Levels will be restricted only to ticket holders with game tickets for the Luxury Suites. Suite Levels can also be accessed by the guest elevator located in the South West corner of the facility.
In accordance with the City of Chicago Fire Department and the City Of Chicago, smoking is not permitted in Wintrust Arena. Smoking is not permitted within 200 feet of any of the arena's entrances or in the parking garages.
General Will Call tickets may be picked up on the day of the game at the Wintrust Arena Box Office. Will Call pick up windows will open 2 hours prior to tipoff.
Group Tickets (Men's Basketball)
For 2017-18 Groups of 15 or more save $5 per ticket for any Men's Basketball home game at Wintrust Arena. Group tickets for the 2017-18 season go on-sale Monday, October 2, 2017 at 10 a.m. Contact the DePaul Ticket Office at 773-325-SLAM (7526) to purchase your group ticket package.

Students must show their DePaul student ID to be admitted and issued a student section ticket.
For all collegiate sporting events as well as family shows at Wintrust Arena, children who are under 32 inches in height do not need a ticket to enter the arena. The adult will be allowed to have one child sit on his/her lap.
Refunds or Exchanges
There are no refunds and no exchanges on any ticket purchases. The DePaul University Athletics Department is not responsible for any lost, stolen or destroyed tickets and they will not be replaced.
