How it Works
As DePaul basketball prepares to tip-off at the new Wintrust Arena in November 2017, a new season ticket holder process and a new Fund for Basketball Excellence has been developed.
The Blue Demon Loyalty Points program is an annual ranking points program designed to recognize the loyalty of DePaul season ticket holders and donors. Points are accrued based on the type of season tickets you have purchased in the past as well as donations you have made to DePaul Athletics and DePaul University.
Renewing Season Ticket Holders
To participate in the Blue Demons Loyalty Points program, renewing season ticket holders make an annual $100 gift to the Fund for Basketball Excellence. This gift initiates the ranking process and will entitle you to select up to 4 courtside tickets, 8 mid-court section tickets and an unlimited number of tickets outside of those two designations (based on availability).
As for your points, you will receive:
- 500 points per ticket for every Men's basketball season ticket you have purchased since 2001.
- 200 points per ticket for every Women's basketball season ticket you have purchased since 2001.
- Donor points (if applicable), will be awarded by unlocking your historical giving data with three points for every dollar donated to DePaul athletics and one point for every dollar donated to DePaul University since 2001.
- A personalized Blue Demon Loyalty Points statement will be developed for you. All season ticket loyalty points will be based on your 2016-17 seat purchases on record.
New Season Ticket Holders
To participate in the Blue Demon Loyalty Points program, new season ticket holders make a $200 gift to the Fund for Basketball Excellence. This gift initiates the ranking process and will entitle you to select up to 4 courtside tickets, 8 mid-court section tickets and an unlimited number of tickets outside of those two designations (based on availability).
To be eligible for seating for the 2017-18 season, those wishing to participate in the Blue Demon Loyalty Points ranking process, must make their gift to the Fund for Basketball Excellence by March 30.

Frequently Asked Questions
How will full season ticket seat locations be allocated at Wintrust Arena for 2017-18?
Full season ticket seat locations will be allocated for the 2017-18 season by following a priority seat selection process. First priority is given to season ticket holders and donors who have activated their Blue Demon Loyalty Points by making a gift to the Fund for Basketball Excellence. Second priority will be given to our remaining current season ticket holders on record for 2016-17 based upon account history. Prior to going on sale to the general public in June 2017, a pre-sale opportunity for full season tickets will be offered to DePaul University alumni, faculty, staff, donors and student families along with 2016-17 mini-plan buyers.
As a current season ticket holder, will my seat location at Wintrust Arena be similar to the current seats that I enjoy at Allstate Arena?
Your new seat location at Wintrust Arena will be determined by your position in the Blue Demon Loyalty Points ranking and seat selection process. When you have been assigned a date for seat selection, you will have the opportunity to select from the best available seat locations and can choose similar or even better seats than you currently enjoy at Allstate Arena.
Will I be rewarded with points for my previous years of loyalty and support to the program as a season ticket holder and donor?
Yes, upon opting in and making a gift to the Fund for Basketball Excellence, the Blue Demon Loyalty Points system will award points based on the number of years, since 2001, that you have been a season ticket holder, and your history of financial support/donations to the University and/or athletics. Additional bonus points to be awarded for those ticket holders with accounts dating back prior to 2001.
How can I improve my Blue Demon Loyalty Points ranking, and therefore improve my new seat location for 2017-18?
You can improve your ranking by increasing your donation and making a gift to DePaul athletics and the University by the March 30, 2017 deadline. Because Blue Demon Loyalty Points are based on philanthropic dollars invested in DePaul athletics or DePaul, improving your ranking is best done by donating at a higher level or purchasing additional season tickets.
What type of events will be hosted at Wintrust Arena? As a season ticket holder, will we have access to purchase tickets to other events as well?
Starting in Fall 2017, Wintrust Arena will open as the new home of DePaul basketball. You can also expect a broad spectrum of other events each year such as concerts, family shows, professional and amateur sports, as well as conventions and civic events. As a season ticket holder, you will receive pre-sale opportunities for special events.
